I haven't done an update on the Kobe case in a while. Well, now we finally have court dates pertaining to the trial, not just endless motions and closed door hearings. Katelyn's mental status will not be allowed, and the sexual testimony is yet to be ruled on, as is the tape and shirt that the defense wants thrown out. However, the three-day arraignment hearing begins on May 10 and the trial is slated for August. Now the reality has begun to sink in again. This could be Kobe's last basketball season. And that breaks my heart.
