Color me amused. Mardi Gras in Mobile is all about the moon pie. I don't understand it. They're good, but not fabulous. I prefer cups, doubloons, and stuffed animals. Had to throw out a gorgeous cup because it was seriously cracked. It was black with pink writing. Stole my dad's that was gray with pink. And I actually got a purple, gold, and green stuffed animal, first in four years. As for beads, the thing this year was peace sign beads. Got enough to give some to the College Dems. As for strangest throw, that goes to a package of microwave popcorn. WTF?
